She's patiently awaiting PDI, pickup Tuesday evening! If anyone is looking for a no-nonsense dealer, I've had a positive experience with Acura of Barrie so far.
I received my VIN a few days ago for the black on red. Last 3 digits 044. Dealer north of GTA (Ontario) emailed me today and said the vehicle has been loaded on to transport- they will receive the car in two days max. This particular dealer received thier first black one a couple of days ago...
Thank you for your input and observations, eases my anxiety a little lol. Expecting/ hoping to see mine before the end of the month. No VIN yet though...
You may be right, I hope that's the case. Yes I made a note of that as well, there wasno evidence. Although he did seem very excited initially, went back the following day and supposedly then noticed all these issues in direct sunlight. I'm hoping it's bs, or a one off.

Found out today that Acura will be charging $2400+tax CAD for the copper wheels. Ouch! I think I'll still get them... Sales person confirmed we keep the shark grey wheels if opting for the copper.
Mike- check out "Nordschleife Type R" channel on youtube. Some of the most exciting 8 min videos of a random dude and his passenger challenging superior vehicles on the Nurburgring. The only mod he's done are semi-slick tires. He challenges a Cayman and does really well, among other cars like...
I find it peculiar that we have a bunch of financial advisors here on an Integra forum. Take your advice to your clients. I'll spend a lot more than 1/10th of my income on my car. Regardless of what you or anyone says. I love my cars. I'm getting old enough to know that saving for a rainy day...
