well golf R has rear vents, usb ports, ventilated seats and customizable ambient lights. Pretty much everything you expect for a near 50k car to have, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect these feature.
I wouldn't buy a demo performance car unless it was significantly reduced. I'm sure everyone at the dealer will take turns abusing it. Worst part is those sales guys redlining it going to lunch while the engine is cold.
never driven any of the new bimmers, but I've owned a e92 m3. I can say bmws are quite overrated and fairly boring and numb. Also any of these cars like the Golf R or BMW's with a manuals were just an after thought, there was really no thought in to engineering it. I say that owning a GTI...
they can ask all they want for the car, clearly there are not buyers at those prices, hence the cars are just sitting. I dont know any bank that is going to lend out that kind of money for a car in this market, actually if you don't have great credit getting a car will be very hard right now.
there might be bias but I agree with them. it happens all the time. Older m2 is a better car engagment wise, I can understand what he was saying. Newer cars behave better and faster but almost ways it polishes off any edges or character the previous car had. All the best driver cars are had...
I'm going to guess if both cars will be like the BRZ/FRS. You're really not going to be able to tell the difference. Type S will most likely bit softer than the overtly harsh +R mode other than that, every component down to bascially the weight are identical.
I take Thomas from Throttle house opinion higher than savage, beside hes an actual amateur racer and instructor. He just seems to love all cars with out being bias or condescending.
I don't think the driving experience is going to be any different from the Type R, only real difference will be the adjustable damper tuning. Conderising the weight difference probably won't have much sound deadening either.
premium brand or luxury. Acura doesn’t seem to try to compete and reflects in such low sales. Genesis is the up and coming brand that gives you more than whats expected for your money when it comes to design and features.
this is why Acura will be a bottom tier luxury brand. Honestly if it wasn’t for the Type R, I would have never considered this brand. My gti has things like a strut supported hood, aluminum dead pedal, illuminated door sills, A pillar wrapped in cloth, rear air vents. A 50k car should have...
Just hopped on the typexi forum. Man the hate on the Type S is strong… almost like there is no buyers remorse. Gotta hate on the car if it makes your purchase feel better.
