What if all the first 200 reservations came with forged wheels! Mine does seem faster than the demo. ;)
Just rotten luck, I'm sure for you LCM/Red folks. Sorry you have to wait so long, but I can say it is worth it. I was also frustrated as others took delivery and I had to wait as my delivery...
That makes you really wonder. What is so special about the wheels on the LCM cars?
Is there something special about the first 200 reservation car wheels vs the other allocations they could have taken wheels from to ship the early orders? Just like the k20C8 silence, thoughts and rumors can...
No coverage on the door sill, it stops at the edge of the carpet for all areas except the dead pedal which it covers. I like how it tucks under the rear seat.
I've ridden and drove in fast camaros, mustangs, and a Model S plaid. No hate from me on any of those. Different animals, but I obviously bought the ITS over those for a few reasons.
Or those that opt not to get one because they think performance cars can't be FWD, Overpriced civic, etc.
This car checks all of the boxes for me, though AWD would have been a big plus for year round duty.
Thanks. I bought a Skunk2 shift knob to match my classic Integra. It is weighted SS but has a TI finish. I love the look and feel, but I have also had one like this for many years on my Integra.

Kinda spendy for what it is, but direct fit and super easy install. You will get the full swinging top assembly, but you can pull off the top cushion instead of doing the full install. All I had to do was pull out 4 Phillips screws from each and pop them apart. Note that there are some plastic...
My alcantara ensemble is complete. Optional steering wheel and FL5 center arm rest are installed.
Note: maybe I just got unlucky, but the splines on my alcantara steering wheel are ever so slighty different from my stock wheel and I am ever so slightly off from perfect alignment. I can either...
Time will tell, but I bet that people will still modify the Type S and the market is about the same size globally with ~4000 units of each. Hopefully we are not overlooked, but I know the longer warranty could delay some people from pulling the trigger on modifying.
Very different cars, but depending what you are looking for...either could be the right answer!
I am happy with the complete ITS package...but some days I would certainly prefer the rwd performance of the blackwing!
Sad news for that plant. Although in the meantime maybe Acura could just offer some of the ITS units to willing customers with the FL5 seats instead? ?
