Adding to this, I saw this thread on CivicXI encouraging to leave the original oil in and follow the maintenance minder. It looks here are additional additives in the original fill to assist with the break in process.

I was able to get 5.24% for 60 months with Schools First CU. Credit unions typically have more competitive rates, though as Integra23 says they are also on the rise. I would highly recommend shopping rates and if you are a member of a credit union to see if it possible to have financing done...
I've actually already gotten a paint correction/PPF/Ceramic done. In my case, there were dealer installed swirls I wanted gone and while the PPF could mask some of the swirls I wanted to make sure the majority were removed. I also only did a full front, so a paint correction made sense in my...
I'm of the opinion that paint correction before PPF/Ceramic coating is generally a good idea. Of course, like ZeroGSR says it depends on the quality of the existing paint, and for new cars isn't always perfect from factory (not to mention the potential of dealer installed swirls). Also, if a...
Sorry to make your head spin in the morning LOL.
Performance Red is very nice in person on the A-specs I've seen around. Stealth on red would be very interesting, don't think you can go wrong either way on that.
Picked up my car from the detail shop! It does clean up nice.
Things done:
Single stage paint correction
Full front PPF with STEK Dynoshield
Ceramic coated with Gtechniq CSL + EXO V5
Tinted with XPEL XP Plus 70 for the windshield and STEK NEX 35 for all other windows
Waiting for the PPF to...
I feel like its probably inevitable to have more spray and debris with spacers with that wider track. Maybe less than an FL5 since we don't have the fender vent.
Fun fact, Rays actually manufactures the Advan GT! I believe TC-4s are flow formed, so not quite as robust as TEs/GTs or other forged wheels but they definitely less of a hit to the wallet.
Once people start putting on wheels, a confirmed fitment thread would be really nice!
Completely agree about keeping the same texture as the dash material. In some ways that's making me a little hesitant about doing a carbon overlay as I wonder how much it'll clash. Good idea about hydrodipping though as another option!
Dropped off my ITS for tint, paint correction, PPF, and ceramic coating today. A friend took a few focus shots right before.
Definitely considering wrapping the piano black center console trim in alcantara or doing some sort of overlay. It swirls as soon as you breathe on it.
This is the ambient lighting accent in the ITS:
There are also footwell lights and a light in the wireless charger area. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with A-Spec ambient lighting so can't say if it is the same or different.
Agreed with the others, I don't think you have too much to worry about. The demos themselves are listed as inventory also among dealerships and so is my unit that's in transit. For what it's worth, I'm also in socal and my dealer gave me a delivery date of 6/29 - 7/3 for my apex blue pre-order...
How did they treat the PPF around the stamped Integra logo on the bumper? I can't really make it out in the picture but did they cut out around each letter?
Agree on the Alcantara steering wheel and it certainly feels good in hand too. With that said, maintaining an alcantara wheel is another story I'm sure.
