I still need to install the PCV Radium can & couple other things. Sorta waiting for the intake & charge pipes to show up and do it all at once. Point by Patrol was doing some cleaning after tracking and had some carbon findings so he planned on adding to his - before he totaled it this past...
We dropped to 26° last night so I parked down in the shop & had the heater on just in case. I’ll continue to do that overnight until we finally get to warmer overnight temps. I’ve been wanting a second set of wheels just to be able to quickly swap street/track & summer/winter especially being in...
I have these but they don’t fit nearly as well as the Tuxmats. It says they have the holes for the locking mechanism and they don’t also. Slide around more & interfere with the clutch. I had to eventually just take the driver side one out altogether.
Damn, I love looking at everyone else’s configuration & different setups. Looking ? guys! Makes me want to run my oem wheels for a bit. @2015FB6 - are those 2 different color Titan 7’s? Either way they look great on there. ??
I could have sworn I have seen a thread like this on here & spent a ton of time searching & simply could not find it. Figured a pic thread would be nice for those thinking about different setups for whatever purpose they’re pursuing, that way they’re all in one place. I stitched a couple of...
To Clark’s point you might consider using a commercial construction grade foam adhesive or bust out a hammer drill & concrete fasteners to keep in place. Might be a little too permanent tho.
Whoa. I haven’t had that issue in just over 10k miles over train tracks in town and stuff. Even the add on rear diffuser doesn’t scrape. Are you backing up or just going straight in? I’m assuming straight in & your driveway is angled upwards?
If you’re going to track it, you’ll want to consider a smaller forged wheel, use the one wheels for your daily. I just use 18” forged wheels year round now. 285/35/18.
Could very well be. This is the most front camber I could get in the front by removing the guide pins. All I could really go by is what Humza of Unity Performance said would work & by the shop owner who fortunately competes in local autoX & circuit events. I’m a noob in comparison to them. LOL
I planned on doing all of it myself but tired of sitting on everything for so long & just can’t make the time & first track events coming up soon. A reputable shop gave me an incredible price on everything so I took him up on it, especially since I’ll be going back there for helmets, gloves, etc.
