Agree this is a great mod. I would love if they would do the whole center part of the dash. You know, that center part that's glossy gray plastic. I think that would look amazing.
Personally, I added the Civic Type R armrest too. Matches the shift boot and overland console cover. Looks...
age 53, I pay $1800-ish per year, same coverage as mentioned above. Clean record. It has gone up since I got the ITS. All that data stealing Honda was doing.
it might just be that one is loose. I had that issue originally as well. Or at least something is loose somewhere in the suspension. Have you checked everything yet?
Definitely get a second opinion. If for some reason they really are messed up, I would definitely go with something aftermarket, both rotors and pads, and I would get someone other than the dealer to do the work as well. That quote is way too expensive.
More power is always good, LOL. I'm not as sensitive to torque steer from changing the track width with wheels, or even suspension issues with lowering springs. What I mean by that is I don't really notice subtle changes in behavior from the car after these mods.
I am however sensitive to the...
I think H&R are the consensus for closest to OEM, but I don't have personal experience with them. I have eibach pro kit and it's definitely a little firmer on the ride. Below is the video I used for directions, worked exactly as advertised. Definitely have a friend on hand to assist. Also, I...
Maybe the car was at 5500 rpm already, then was downshifted? this would likely cause it to exceed redline. Maybe 1st instead of third was selected next? Assuming the car was in second at the time of said speed/rpm?
I don't really notice anything negative on the track or around town. I can see it being much more of an issue in auto cross though. Lower speeds, tighter corners, etc. Combo of the drop and the lower offset wheels? (which of course I have also) but I just don't drive the car hard in 1st or...
So many folks have had these issues with no
Mods, it’s kinda hard to point the finger at the intake. Could just be coincidental. Although whenever you make a change you have to wonder.
Well, we already know this car is super sensitive to losing pops and bangs and rev match anyway....
Essentially, when you start messing with stuff, things tend to come up. At least if you're tuned you can easily make adjustments.
Hybrid Racing shifter installed! Love, love, love it! Very aggressive. went with the most aggressive throw option and the least aggressive gate option. Still very snappy. Install wasn't bad other than getting all the wires un-clipped behind the center console. Big bang for buck.
