Hey i'm looking at getting this dash cam and had the same concern about it always being on. You mentioned installing the hardwire kit, is that hard to install? I'm guessing it goes down the driver side a pillar? Just curious if there's any install pitfalls you can share and how it acutally works...

At least they list out some tangible stuff, my dealer fee for is washing the car, detailing it, inspect it and fill up your gas tank which seems to me should be part of the freight and pdi. And then, they are charging me extra for the stuff you mention wheel nuts etc.
