I went with McGard’s wheel installation kit. It came with 4 spline drive conical seat lugs and 1 locking lug per wheel, plus keyed thin wall sockets for both.

Did you ever get your old passenger pad wrapped by Overland? If so, any pics? How much did they charge you? Thinking of getting this done also, but still on the fence. Thanks in advance.

I started with 3/16” thick balsa wood, but felt that it wasn’t stable or strong enough. Ended up using 1/8” thick 3-ply plywood that I got from a local hobby shop.
