    Mine said December but its a coin flip to see which of the 4 colors in the last batch they produce first

    Haven't seen any additional pop up on the acura inventory site. Although 2 of the dealers I spoke with said they would let me know as soon as they get one because they sometimes get random allocations arriving at their lot.

    Try looking through whole west coast or nearby states and look into shipping services ($1k most likely)

    I would exhaust all options about getting your deposit back (in a nice manner or lie about how a family event came up and you don't have the funds anymore) I don't think they can legally hold your money and if worst comes to worst call your bank/credit card and dispute it.
