Haven't encountered this issue on my ITS. Could weather be a factor? Do temps get really low where yo are at? I'm in Miami for reference.

I did in South Florida. (53K out the door so you can technically say that I got it for under MSRP) This was in the Miami market, when the ITS was just released. So definitely don't pay over MSRP.
