I read somewhere (maybe Facebook) that orders were delayed about 30 days for Canada. Doesn’t seem to effect Ontario of course for some reason.

In order of deposit. So when they get a car coming in (which sounds like all white or black for MY 2024) they are asking if you want it if no then moves to the next person. I don’t know if they you get bumped to the back or just first pick on the next one. I’m taking mine regardless of the colour.

Even the Honda execs have hinted at the possibility of a next gen that will not be ICE at least not fully. Plus it’s really the same motor, trans, and suspension from the last gen with tweaks. So it’s not like there was a big hit to the budget, only reason why we get the ITS as well.

My understanding is that the embargo only applies to the media who were selected for early test drives. They probably didn’t count on someone making a video so soon within days of the car being on sale lol.

Anybody in Alberta spot any ITS deliveries to the dealer? Going to go for a drive tomorrow and see if there is anything new on the lot/showroom.

Based on what I am hearing out here in the West dealers know their June/July allocation details such as build dates etc. They can see as far as August/ September but those cars don’t have confirmed build dates yet. This next month should see things shift and more information available as early...

Current economic forecast pushes rate drops out to Q2 of 2024 at the earliest. That being said if rates do start to come down it will not be dramatic and will be done slowly so we likely won’t see the true effect until well into 2025. Don’t expect 2020 rates, expect 2005 rates.

Same! Yeah it’s been radio silence from them. I reached out to the new GM, nice enough guy just not as quick to communicate as the one prior who just left/retired. News soon I hope.

I don’t know I agree it’s available rather than unobtainable but price still seems steep for what you get. The FL5 is still an icon and I can justify its price point. This I don’t know… definitely on the fence now.
