Living in Texas we hadn't tried it but this week wife and I turned them on. The heat level even on max is definitely weaker than any other vehicle I've owned (Nissan, Audi, GM) with heated seats. We'll see how it goes during our brutal 40 degree winter.

It's that easy right? Engineering, R&D, powertrain, new EPA testing, crash testing etc. Consumers thinking things are so simple have no understanding of what manufacturers have to do on the backend.

Agreed. Everyone blames the size of the tank but the MPG should be better for a big block two liter. The short gearing isn't helping but definitely makes it more fun to drive.

Is there a different dealer local? I know you already have the relationship but it may behoove you to try. We had a vehicle years ago where we had to switch dealers because service couldn't get it together.
