  1. New Acura Integra Prototype Revealed! Priced ~$30,000, 1.5L VTEC Turbo

Yeah, being an artist does NOT mean you are a designer.
  2. New Acura Integra Prototype Revealed! Priced ~$30,000, 1.5L VTEC Turbo

I think that's a reflection of the lighting.
  3. New Acura Integra Prototype Revealed! Priced ~$30,000, 1.5L VTEC Turbo

I'm personally hoping more for the 272 or a tweaked CTR version of the 2.0T, but more than that I'm hoping they keep the 6spd as an option with that engine too. If the S is a "adult' version of the R I'll be VERY happy.
  4. New Acura Integra Prototype Revealed! Priced ~$30,000, 1.5L VTEC Turbo

I like the guys that said the new Integra should have a K24 and DCT.... Umm... then get the ILX now...
  5. New Acura Integra Prototype Revealed! Priced ~$30,000, 1.5L VTEC Turbo

I mean look how many initially complained the new CTR didn't have all the features a Civic Touring had.
  6. New Acura Integra Prototype Revealed! Priced ~$30,000, 1.5L VTEC Turbo

    1. people wanted an Si hatch, this fills that. 2. the Civic Touring is 29.4K, this is likely going to be that + Si drivetrain for 30-31K The same argument was attempted to be made then the RSX came out, why would you ever buy the base model over RSX the Si?
  7. Integra memes thread

Personally, I've always figured the I in ILX stood for Integra. I assumed it was called that because RSX was a dumb name and only existed in the US.
  8. New Acura Integra Prototype Revealed! Priced ~$30,000, 1.5L VTEC Turbo

I love how people were also hating on the RSX when it came out as a "fat pig that's just a slow heavy Si" until the Type-S come out then everyone suddenly loved the car but hated the price.
  9. Now we wait for the Type-S Integra

Not likely by much. We already have leaked info the A-Spec will be 33-34K. AWD is $2,000 for the TLX that will put it at 35-36K. Gives about 4-5k wiggle room to fit the CTR engine. The 3.0TT is a $6,000 pkg for the TLX but also comes with Active dampeners that we don't know the Integra will get...
  10. Now we wait for the Type-S Integra

Lets you pick Hot Hatch or Comfy Hatch. There has been a lot of rumor about Honda developing a Touring version of the CTR, perhaps this is it.
  11. Now we wait for the Type-S Integra

I'm thinking 272 or 300HP 2.0T Hoping for Manual from the CTR and optional DCT Still a SLIGHT chance at AWD, but not very hopeful for it. What are you all hoping/expecting?
  12. New Acura Integra Prototype Revealed! Priced ~$30,000, 1.5L VTEC Turbo

Well the Civic Touring is already 3,077 so even just adding the LSD and bigger Si brakes will put it over 3,100. It's going to be a little lighter than the Audi A3 though and a few K cheaper.
  13. New Acura Integra Prototype Revealed! Priced ~$30,000, 1.5L VTEC Turbo

So I went to reference some comments from the spy shots to make a point about the reveal... but turns out I cant.... Admins wiped the threads of their comments for some reaosn..... fun. Really odd thing to do instead of just Locking them.
  14. New Acura Integra Prototype Revealed! Priced ~$30,000, 1.5L VTEC Turbo

The Accord was dead to me when they killed BOTH the coupe and manual. So that's not even on my radar. There are 3 things I like in my cars. Coupes, Manual and AWD. You can kill 2 but if you take away all 3 you've lost my interest and my money.
  15. New Acura Integra Prototype Revealed! Priced ~$30,000, 1.5L VTEC Turbo

Compared to the 40 pointless huge fake vents on the 10th Gen Civic, I find this style VERY welcome. I have NO idea what people expected as everyone that had watched the leaks and spyshots KNEW it was going to be a Civic Hatch based car with the SI drivetrain. Far as I'm concerned anyone...
  16. New Acura Integra Prototype Revealed! Priced ~$30,000, 1.5L VTEC Turbo

More like SI plus Touring(29k), so price lines up closely.
  17. New Acura Integra Prototype Revealed! Priced ~$30,000, 1.5L VTEC Turbo

I'm glad they DIDNT use one of those bland generic colors.
