There was mention of a processor upgrade on the infotainment units but that was on the non Type S cars. I don't know if that transfers over as I would think it would be more costly to have two processors in production vs just one upgraded unit.
Anyway I'm just speculating.

If this brand's offering is any indicator, I think you boys might be in the ballpark with pricing.
I do prefer the potentially more integrated offering from DSC. What is your...
Yes these are from the MDX but they're the same size. The only place you'll run into trouble is the one for the front grill. The locating pins from the MDX badge does not line up with our locating holes. The solution is to break the pins off and do your best to center the badge (it's not...
It's hard to tell but it splits the difference between the factory chrome and the gloss black. I don't have the gloss black to compare to but I know for a fact the red on the "S" is brighter on the gloss black but the "Type" on the gloss black blends into the gloss paint.
On the dark chrome...
This is definitely a Honda thing, they've been doing it since DBW throttle as early as 2003 (probably earlier than that). My 2004 Accord behaved similarly and I attribute my granny-style shifting to years of Honda conditioning.
Yes, it's all Honda's fault I am the way I am!
I wonder if auto Rev Match plays any role in the rev hang? I did have mine set off prior to the tune; just another data point. Likely just a placebo effect but I do recall the car *feeling* smoother/easier to drive with it off.
It definitely still exists just in a much more reduced manner. I suspect it has to do with the throttle body itself in that it's built into the hardware. Take that entirely at face value though because I genuinely know f-all about the mysteries behind it.
I will say it's less perceptible in...
You wasted no time on this car lol.
The tune by itself should make the car much more enjoyable. What I do still miss from the F87 platform are the grumbles and *bang* on throttle lift once the car builds up some boost. Was never a fan of that popcorn tune from factory though.
