Rust proofing is mandatory in Canada if you drive your car in the winter and want to keep it for a long time. Did it on all of my cars, including the ITS.

Here, winters are mandatory. We also get lot of snow, so no choice. Can't wait untill next spring for summer wheels/tires again!!

Put the winters on yesterday. Wheels sit at the same spot as OE. Handling is quite affected with 18x8 (+40) wheels and 235 tires. Will have to be careful driving with those...

From what I know, at least in Canada, you're very lucky if your dealer installs the OE remote starter. They most of the time go with the cheapest thing available on the market...but still charges you premium price. Unless you really make sure they install the OE thing.

For anyone going the Acura RL spare tire route, you'll also have to buy 5 new lugs for the spare. The Acura RL did not use ball seat lug nuts, but rather flat seat lugs with a washer. See pictures. OE ITS lug nuts won't hold the wheel correctly in place for driving! I'll update my older posts...

Those functions probably reset when you turn off the car. So you need to press buttons again when you start it up.

Never seen that on a Honda before (on any car actually). When I test fitted my winter wheels, didn't see stud clips on the Integra.
