It's unlikely that increase in noise has to do with the wider setup going from 8 to 8.5 (you only gained like 12mm of poke). I'd agree with Escobar that it's probably just the worn tires.

I highly doubt it'll be an auto-only car. That would be pretty disappointing. The spy shots show it with the triple exhaust - That should be enough to safely assume we're dealing with a dressed-up or reconfigured CTR. Of course I do hope that doesn't mean we're gonna see a 48/49k MSRP before...

You found an Acura dealer that let you put a deposit down for an Integra Type S already? When I asked my dealer about the Integra Type S in September he basically was like "well there's no real formal confirmation yet that it's coming, but once there is you'll be the first to know."
