No, fuse #45 is ACC. 2nd column from the right, 3rd from the bottom is 45
Would you mind looking at this pic, what does FR ACC mean it is on #9 fuse location.

I do not know what FR ACC is. You can test it out with a multimeter or a voltage test pen to see if it's on during ACC.

The amperage on the fuse shouldn't matter if you're using fuse taps. Fuse taps should use two fuses; one for the dashcam, one for the original fuse in the fuse box.

Perhaps you should go back to your installer to verify everything is functioning properly.

Give it a try and let us all know.
So, I was planning to move it to #9 tomorrow, but Viofo says if it is working in parking mode, there shouldn't be a reason to move it.
So, I am not sure if should move it now, I think, I'll try to use parking mode today for a while and see if it uses my battery pack or my cars battery.

Hey lumper, I used fuse 10 for constant power, and fuse 45 for ACC.

Someone also used fuse 18 for constant power (I didn't try it)
Appreciate your info. I copied the fuses you used and it works fine. Also using Viofo A229 plus w/ hardwire kit (HK4).

FYI, I moved my constant to one of my spare fuse spots #19. I felt better knowing I wasn't doubling up on a position, especially the door locks.

Thanks for this. I used #19 for constant and #45 for ACC on my viofo A229. Everything works great
