Civic center console:
Integra center console:
If you look to the right of the shifter, you will see that the Integra plate is cut in to make room for the piece that runs along the left side and then over the passenger footwell. The Civic doesn't have that, and is wider to the right of the shifter. I suppose you could trim it to fit, but that would take some skill and you can't be 100% sure the mounting tabs are in the exact same position.
