Interior panel removal? (Sub install)

Thinking of upgrading my factory sub. Anyone know of any "how to's" for panel removal in the trunk? I don't like the idea of just prying on panels without having seen it done before.

I’m itching to do this too. Also, does anyone know the speaker size for the front doors? I’m sure that a nice 2ohm component speaker system will bring the system to life.
