Update: Took it to the dealer. They cleared the codes and reprogrammed both keys. I'm able to switch back and forth with both keys with no issues again. Dealer was not convinced, though. They seemed to think it was a hardware problem like a bad camera or that the camera needs adjusting/re-aiming/re-calibrating. I asked them to just reprogram the keys and we will look at hardware if it happens again.
