Aspec Tech 19" Aftermarket Wheels with no Rubbing Question

I am planning on buying my first set of aftermarket wheels; I am currently looking at a 19/8.5 +35mm wheel and a 245/35/19 tire. How likely is it to rub on stock suspension? From the diagram, it looks like there's a chance of the new wheel rubbing on the fender but not on the suspension components.

I am running the stock CTR wheels, 19x9.5 inches with a +60mm offset. I have a 15MM adapter so the wheels sit around +45, zero issues.
