I have nearly new 16" Blizzaks from my previous car (215/60-16 vs 215/50-17 stock. 2.7% bigger) and would like to continue using them on the Integra (taking delivery next week).
Will 16" wheels fit the Integra base?

I don’t have a definitive answer for you but looking at the gap between the front calipers and the stock 18’s (looks to be about 3/4”), I’m guessing not

I tried to put 16" steel wheels on and they fit the back, but not the front. There are larger disks and calipers on the front. It needs at least 16" across the inside of the rim.

Thanks for confirming this!
I've gone ahead and ordered a 17" winter set.
Will also see about getting a 17" space saver spare.
I see it online as a kit, but without detailing what's included in the kit (e.g. jack, wrench, trunk mounting hardware).
I have found the 17" kit for the '22 Civic, which does show all those components, but hard to be 100% sure it fits...

did you ever buy the kit?
Do you still have the part number?

I ended up using one of the fullsize 17" oem wheels as a spare. Found that it fit perfectly under the trunk floor, and needed an M6 bolt to secure it down.

I didn't save the PN, but if you search online Honda parts stores you should be able to find it.

thanks for the pic!
does the full size spare fully support the cover?
I put a doughnut spare in the well and the cover sagged badly....

Yes, the fullsize sits snugly and the cover rests on it at exactly the right height.

By the way, on one of my previous cars I cut out the foam insert to the shape of the space saver spare so that the floor wouldn't sag.

Would this "215/50-17" spare tire+wheel be usable on both front and back on a 2023 Integra Atech with 6 speed manual? If yes:

1) You called it a full size spare - does its tire diameter actually match that of the regular tires?

2) does anyone have a suggestion on where to buy such a tire+wheel, for use with a 2023 Integra Atech?

3) can anyone suggest from where to acquire a jack?

Yes, the 17" fits front and rear. It comes standard on the Integra base model, which has the same front brakes as the A spec.

1. Yes, the external diameter matches that of the oem 18" tires

2. Any wheel+tire store. If you insist on an oem wheel you'll need to go through Honda/Acura part suppliers, but you can go on sites like Tirerack and buy an aftermarket wheel+tire in the right size.

3. I'm using a generic scissor jack that I bought off Amazon or something like that.

I think almost all the jacks are universal. You can buy them from salvage yards with the tools for $50.00

I bought a jack, with the tools, and the foam that holds them from a salvage yard for $50.00. they were from a 2021 Civic, and work great...
