It looks like Acura changed the ECU platform on the 2026 Integra CVT.
My car is a 2026 Integra A-Spec Tech CVT, and the ECU part number is:
37820-6Z7-A51
From what I can tell, earlier Integra models (2023–2025) used the 6LM ECU family, while the 2026 models appear to have moved to 6Z7. Because of that, KTuner doesn’t currently support it. Their response was essentially that if the ECU isn’t listed on the site, it isn’t supported yet.
That makes sense given it’s a new platform, but it got me wondering what the next step technically looks like for getting support added.
Has anyone looked into dumping firmware from the 6Z7 ECUs yet, either through KTuner logs or bench access?
Specifically curious about a few things:
I know the 6Z7 revisions themselves are model-specific, but I’m wondering if the underlying ECU platform might be shared and simply relabeled across vehicles.
If there’s any way the community can help provide useful data to tuners (firmware dump, ECU read, strategy IDs, etc.), I’d be happy to contribute whatever information I can from this car.
Just trying to understand what the realistic path looks like for getting the 6Z7 platform mapped.
