2023 Integra a-spec PCM repair/replacement?

2023 Integra a-spec 1.5l turbo automatic
I bought 23 integra off of guy who wrecked it. He hooked up the small connector on PCM backwards. Now car crank but no start. Red flashing security light continuously blinking. Key fob locks and unlocks car and i tried unlocking door physically with emergency key/mechanical key. Still crank no start. Fuel pump is not turning on. Following codes present: P0657= Actuator supply voltage 'A' circuit/open ,P0340= Camshaft position sensor 'A' circuit bank 1 or single sensor , P0443= Evap system purge control valve 'A' circuit , P0088= Fuel rail/sytem pressure-too high bank 1 , P0123= Throttle/pedal position sensor/switch 'A' circuit high. When i use foxwell nt 510 scanner for system check = D3 no communication between ECM/PCM and immobilizer unit. Do i need new pcm or can old be repaired or any advise on what to fix?

Update: I got red blinking immobilizer light to go off. M15 relay (PGM-FI MAIN RELAY 1) was not completing circuit so i temporally engaged relay by removing cover and pushing copper tab on relay . I know theres still a wiring problem or possibly pcm issue but getting the immobilizer light flashing gone allowed fuel pump to engage every time i turn on vehicle. I still have crank no start unless i use starting fluid and then only runs till fluid is gone.
