I wanted to circle back with you and let you know I found the source of the issue. The sellers installer drilled a hole in the alignment tab and went too deep drilling into the housing. This allowed water in shorting the LED driver.
Just recently encountered the same on a 2024 base model. I went the route of buying new at Acura parts online. Yep $1000. I didn’t notice moisture in mine but have read that the LED driver is sensitive to moisture. I did learn that the one I replaced was from a salvage car.
