This is exactly the way to do it. What what I am doing.

I don’t think at 4,000 miles. I am at 4,100 miles on mine and my oil thing still says 50% and I got my car brand new. I did do 2 oil changes already one at 1,000 miles and one at 3,000 miles. But I didn’t reset the oil indicator that way when the light turns on I get to take it to the dealership...

Mine does it to and I am not sure why. It is annoying though.

I have had no rattles as of now. Knock on wood but I am also only 1400 miles in. We shall see.
