I have to add that the carbon fiber rear wing and mirror caps by Acura are not Porsche quality. Do not recommend.

You forgot no spare tire! Agree on most of these compromises but if you want a sporty car with a Manual transmission that can carry adult passengers in the rear seat your choice is extremely limited. CTS V soon to be discontinued BMW M $$$ more then Type S & R
