Yes, same thing for me. I'm using the remote to open it ? Edit: I thought pressing the trunk button releases the latch, but it is not, it was a coincidence that it worked. Today I managed to open the trunk by holding my fingers on the button for about 5min while the heat transferred to it.

The windshield washer tank is in the fender, with the widebody, there isn't lot of space left. They can't reuse the tank from the regular integra. I guess it's a cost related question to do not develop another one with sensor.

Canadian type S doesn't have sensors neither. Only non-type S
