    the 15400-RTA-003 was a replacement at one time for the 15400-PLM-A02 when they were on backorder. Techically they are the same filter. The 15400-RTA-003 has a tiny lip on the end But you can't get the RTAs anymore from HONDA, now the # supersedes to the 15400-PLM-A02
