Count me in @ ~5,300 miles. I noticed it at the outset, but during a 1,200 mile road trip this weekend, it really started standing out how the steering was very sticky feeling at times. Not dangerously so, but definitely requiring more effort to get it started moving for small adjustments...

Reporting back: Success. Powershell format was a no go, as the partition wasn't properly defined. I recommend using MiniTool Partition Wizard for partitioning and formatting. Thanks again mikea9999 and Leehro. (Updating initial post for clarity)
