If heavily bubble and shrink wrapped then placed in individual boxes they could be ok.

If I had to do it again I'd do it myself. It wasn't anything technical. If that's not an option for u then buy the hitch yourself and take it to any number of shops from muffler to brakes and you'll find someone that wants to make an easy buck.
