very faint singular tick. Usually at the start of my drive when I'm doing lock to lock on the steering backing out of a space or in a tight garage. Very inconsistent too

anyone else get a very faint "tick" when turning the wheel? Only started happening after putting the heated wheel in. It'll go away for a bit if I remove the airbag and check everything, but comes back after a while. Trying to narrow it down if it's wires within the wheel moving, a noisy clock...
