From my understanding, "non-refundable deposit" is illegal in most of the state in the US so you should be able to get it back rather they like it or not. Check your state law and ask around.

Negative. We might missed it but dealership won't since they are checking in their internal system instead of public website. my GM did told me those transit disappear so I'm pretty sure those just show up recently.
