The yellow trim on the lip and side skirts looks GREAT! Especially nice with the color of the wheel locks. Did you get the Artwork rear diffuser too? If so, I'd love to see a picture.
Did Artwork add the color trim to those pieces, or were they a DIY? I assume they're vinyl, but correct me if...
I always find it interesting when reviewers (these guys especially) say they prefer a car as long as the buyer has another car, aka a fun sits-in-the-garage-all-week car on the side. That's essentially what they said with the Mazda here--they loved the AWD and special feel of the cabin/exterior...
The Canadian models come standard with heated wheels and the stitching is color-matched—we only have black stitching on the heated wheels here as they’re one accessory part number for everyone, unfortunately.
Personally, I don't expect the process to be much (if any) different than it was last summer--Acura may have different options and better capabilities vs last summer with better component availability, a plant that's had a full year of experience building this model, and likely a somewhat...
Am I right in thinking Loni was riding passenger in the Type-S at Daytona? Loni's dad (Johnny) raced a Camaro at Pike's Peak in the 90's under #92, so it's a cool nod to her dad that she's using the same number. Really interesting that the Type-S teased in the commercial looks like a Pike's Peak...
So something worth keeping in mind was that last summer's Integra "pre-order" process was actually just a "reservation" system--it was a tool for Acura to connect the most interested customers (those willing to put down $500 on a car they hadn't seen/driven yet) with nearby dealerships. The...

Totally understandable! I love the look of a big brake kit + it's an easier expense to justify because it's a "safety feature" after all, right? Who cares if it's more brake than necessary! Hahaha
Those wheels look GREAT--any plan to upgrade to a big brake kit? Pricey modification, but those wheels show a lot of caliper--some colored calipers would really pop!
I have a similar gap (not QUITE as bad) at the back passenger side, and I admit that I initially assumed my toddler caused it by using it as a running board... it might've come that way from the factory, but I didn't check for panel gaps at pickup.
I was curious about that myself--they actually make the engines at the Ana plant in Ohio, ship them to Japan, then ship the completed FL5 back to the US:
"The K20C1 will continue to be made at Honda’s Anna engine factory in Sydney, Ohio, while the Type R itself is assembled in Honda’s Yori...

It always surprises me to see strong feelings about sunroofs... maybe I need to find an appreciation for them. Panoramic roofs? Cool. Standard 11x17 sunroofs? Eh.
I fully expected the Integra Type-S to have CTR "guts", but available exclusively with a 10AT. Now that the 10AT...
Who's going to be the first to give this replacement spoiler a try?
