  1. Integra Type-S Predictions - PLACE YOUR BETS!!!

I think they'll leak some teaser content beginning this weekend, but nothing substantive--the full reveal will be sometime between Wednesday and Friday of next week, but I'm not holding my breath for a price. I wouldn't even be surprised if we don't get details on the interior or other features...
  2. Flared Fenders?

Nice breakdown here--I'm in agreement. If you look at the FK8, the biggest issues people had after the cooling deficiencies and extra non-functional vents were the fender flares that didn't carry through the rear doors. Honda remedied the bodywork issue with the FL5, and I doubt they'll skimp...
  3. Accessory Installation - Pattern Projector

If I'm not mistaken, those illuminated sills are on all 4 doors, not just the front, right? I think they look great!
  4. Integra Type-S Predictions - PLACE YOUR BETS!!!

Might be easier to call the 3 that have you on their list and ask them to commit to MSRP.
  5. Flared Fenders?

I'm not convinced they're add-ons--eager to see next weekend when it's unveiled, but the press photos Acura released are focused on the flares and it seems like they fade fully into the body panels. There were some shots taken at the Daytona race as well, and the transitions look pretty seamless...
  6. White A Spec build

I'm liking that pop of red behind the front emblem, and the shade of red is great as well! It's vinyl, I assume? If so, do you happen to know the brand and color name? Did it require removing the front bumper, taking off the emblem, applying the vinyl underneath, reapplying the emblem...
  7. Ordering Integra Type S

Would you say that makes their opinion on this topic more reliable or less reliable?
  8. Ordering Integra Type S

Ehhhhhh... I'm not buying any of that--the Acura product planner for the Integra has already said SH-AWD isn't a plan for the Integra, and while this dealership may want to charge $60k for a Type-S, it doesn't make sense in Acura's lineup to MSRP at that price. Heck, the PMC TLX Type-S is only...
  9. Ordering Integra Type S

Yeah, there are dealers who are counting on getting one eventually and some are willing to hold one in a given spec for a customer in exchange for a deposit.
  10. Any aftermarket body kit parts

I remembered seeing an Instagram comment from Artwork Bodyshop in Canada saying they'd be coming out with a decklid spoiler for the Integra soon--I reached out today and they responded quickly saying it's going into production in the next week, and should be on their website in ~2 weeks. Eager...
  11. Owner Input: How’s the Hatch?

I posted a picture recently of a kid-size battery-powered motorcycle I fit into the hatch with ease, and without taking out the cargo cover. The load floor is higher than my old Del Sol, but it's not obstructive. Reviewers have posted photos of the hatch packed with suitcases, it's an ample...
  12. Official: 320 HP for 2024 Integra Type S! Full Reveal Next Month @ Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach (April 14)

Probably as likely as the Type-S getting a flat-bottomed wheel. (I admit I did want the flat-bottomed wheel, and assumed the Type-S would have it, but since the CTR gets the Civic wheel with a red Honda emblem, it's probably more likely that the Type-S will get the Civic wheel.)
  13. Official: 320 HP for 2024 Integra Type S! Full Reveal Next Month @ Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach (April 14)

So since a few of us are talking interior/exterior colors, I'd put my money on the following 7 exterior color options (and sorry purple and teal lovers, keep your fingers crossed for a PMC edition): Lunar Silver Liquid Carbon Majestic Black Platinum White Apex Blue Performance Red Tiger Eye...
  14. Official: 320 HP for 2024 Integra Type S! Full Reveal Next Month @ Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach (April 14)

Honda/Acura dealers can request particular color combos from the manufacturer, but fulfillment is at the will of the manufacturer. They're ultimately expected to sell whatever they receive. Even with the Integra reservation process last year, your reservation helped connect you to a dealership...
  15. Official: 320 HP for 2024 Integra Type S! Full Reveal Next Month @ Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach (April 14)

I considered the Tiger Eye Pearl after seeing it in the teaser--the two Type-S TLX's I've seen in the color looked great. I wasn't aware until yesterday that a red interior wasn't an option with a Tiger Eye exterior... and I do really want the red interior again. I've got a deposit in on a...
  16. Do these accessory prices make any sense?

Ouch! With only 1 dealership, it sounds like they realize they've got consumers in a "take-it-or-leave-it" conundrum. I haven't been in this position, myself. You could certainly try to negotiate the price down, but I doubt they'd remove any of the accessories or budge much on that price if...
  17. Do these accessory prices make any sense?

That's a pretty large list of add-on accessories, and there's a hefty markup on each--I'd let someone else have this one, find yourself a dealer who will sell one without accessories at MSRP and add whatever you'd like. Or... you could put a very similar amount of money toward the Type-S in a...
  18. Official: 320 HP for 2024 Integra Type S! Full Reveal Next Month @ Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach (April 14)

A few things to highlight here... There's been demand for the Integra--it's currently the second-best-selling car in Acura's lineup, if production can keep up with demand, pricing remains reasonable. It's easier now to get a 2023 Si at MSRP than it was to get a 2022 at this time last year...
  19. Integra A-Spec w/ Tech 6-speed vs Civic Hatch ST 6-speed

As you mentioned, torso length is a big factor in this headroom issue--I'm 6' (mainly legs) and have no issue with headroom (or leg room), but someone with a longer torso may be brushing the headliner. I think you're right in evaluating based on the features you'll actually use--I wanted a...
  20. What all-season mats will fit?

Husky also makes all-weather mats for the Integra--my wife has them in her Pilot, and they're great.
