I noticed mine doesn't stay flush as well. I haven't heard mine rattle though so I haven't bothered trying to fix it. My original thought would be to add some fabric tape to the clips to make it a tighter fit. No idea if it will work though.

Unfortunately, the issue is still not fixed. Since my last update, they have replaced the wheel bearing, the VSA modulator, and the wiring harness. The issue still remains. An engineer is being sent out to come look at it on 1/12. I have been in an MDX loaner as well for the last month.
