Depends on what you're referring to. When you're just cruising at like 2500 rpm quickly throw some throttle at it and hold it. You should feel a delayed surge of power. That delay is the time it takes the turbo to spool. Once you feel that power it would be "in boost." With stereo off and lower...
With the winter blend of gas (oct-nov through april) I saw my mpgs drop into the 27-28 range. Obviously more cold starts and warming up through those months as well. Now I'm back to 30+.
Like you, I primarily drive stop and go traffic. The closest I get to a highway is 50mph rural roads...
When my PWP is dirty and it's dusk outside I can see a difference between the rear bumper and quarter panel match. When it's clean and shiny I don't see it.
Mines a 91. N/A though so only 160hp plus whatever a full exhaust adds.
Side note: I definitely should not be posting before I am caffieinated. Holy typos.
I have not modified anything on my integra. The depth of the gas pedal prevented my from doing any hell toe when I tried. Maybe it's just me being used to my rx7 since I read reviews saying they are "spaced perfectly" but IMO they are not. Left-right space is good, but depth is not.

I've yet to see anything. 4200mi and 8mo. in. Will keep an eye out. Looks like an issue with the foam insert collapsing. Wonder if it's a mfg defect or a packaging issue. Let us know what the dealer says!
Thank the digital dash and DRLs for the auto lights being always on when moving. Your average consumer was too stupid to tell the DRLs were on opposed to headlights now that the gauges are lit up all the time and manufacturers went this route and now we're stuck with it.
Ed Martin in Indiana stated they were no markup only optional accessories, none forced, when I bought my plebian integra. I don't know if they plan on changing that with the type s. Their finance/admin dept. could not answer a phone call to save their life though when I was trying to find out...
I have been using my "shifter hand" to block the glare as it hits me. Not impressed with this "feature." I'm not a type s potential customer as the Financials wouldnt make sense but the carryovers in the "base" (fully loaded because manual) car such as this will get my attention and force me to...
