Finally found my Zen with the shifter! - Acuity 4-Way Adjustable Performance Shifter - Acuity ESCO-Ti Shift Knob Burnt Titanium (perfect weight, size and grip for me) What a combo! The shifter current setup: gate spacing in the middle, gear throw at shortest. Will try to shorten gate spacing...
