Not my motor but came across this video that looks a bit scary. People are saying in the comments it was pushing 26psi which is insane but yea check it out
OK so I recently installed the car hood lights and I tapped into the fuse box inside the engine bay. My only issue is that when I turn the car off the lights stay on unless I use the ir remote to turn it off. Now in past cars it has always been that if the fuse amperage is in ( ) then it usually...
So I usually drive with my music on and lately I've been driving with out it. I notice the engine tick or valve tick whatever it's called is loud I always have little chirps , reminds me off my frs. Do you guys notice it on your car as well?
I ended up installing some car hood lights on the car but I'm not a fan of the look honestly. Here it is on the car. I may actually move the leds to the grill instead and light that up or get a strip that does the whole hood. The rubber gasket on that seals the hood when closed blocks alot of...
So I wanted to get input from the forums and figure out which perfomance metrics would you want to see in terms speed. I know 0-60 and 1/4 mile is always tradition but what about real world performance like 30-50, 50-70, 30-70. Trying to get useful data and do some comparisons. I was thinking...
So I made a quick video discussing Boost Target Ramp Rate and went over all the data I collected.
To sum it all up boost target ramp rate allows you to hit your boost targets early on in the rpm band and gives you consistent boost. This helps with those going to the track and really helps 0-60...
So I decided to make a comparison video testing ktuners turbo responsiveness level 1, 2, 3 and show casing the differences and improvements between each setting.
So I decided to take it upon myself to make my own little intake and 3d print air box and eventually and inlet. Maf adapter I purchased from plm and is pretty much identical to stock. Box is still a little bigger than I like but I want to see how petg holds up in the engine bay.
Confirming that the same method found in the civic si works on the integra. Followed this video.
Not 100% sure if that will help launching the car haven't tried it yet. Was able to get 6.5 0-60 with 18.5psi ktuner map but it was a very aggressive launch. But most of times were 6.9
I'm coming to the realization that the stock continentals do not mesh with the car very well. Not only are they noisy but traction is very poor especially wet traction. On my way to work there's a very very steep hill which has a light in the middle. The tires spin every time leaving that...
So just wanted to make a quick post about this. I'm attempting to gain access to the headunit itself so that .apk files can be sideloaded like ktuner app, torque pro etc... to gain access to some options I'll give a quick how to and hopefully tomorrow I'll post some pictures or a video.
Step...

After watching video and reading comments I just see so much hate for this car. I honestly love the car even though I can admit I hated it when I saw the revealing. But after seeing it in person, and driving it for two days I have to say I'm not disappointed at all. I love how mature and clean...
Confirming that you can mirror your phone on headunit using screen2auto on android phone. Currently using torque racing meter and it works flawlessly. For new manual drivers this may help you see what gear your in if your having a hard time learning. Have to confirm this still.
