  1. About drop-in engine filters and aftermarket air intakes.

I'm not looking at performance as much as just "cool noise" at this time. Eventually I am interested in some performance upgrades (custom tune, intercooler, reverse flow hoses, heat blankets, etc) but I'm OK capping out somewhere close to 400whp. Its my daily and only vehicle so I do worry...
  2. About drop-in engine filters and aftermarket air intakes.

I was running the Spoon/Sprint drop-in filter for about 8k miles, it's about as see through as this if not even more. Checked it recently to clean it, ran a clean finger against the inside and pulled back dust that was definitely not there when I first installed it (car already had about 11k...

Honestly, just a handy place to go copy and paste your Vin Number from if you don't want to just keep it on a notes app for some reason.
  6. DE5 Transmission Detent Springs: Hybrid Racing and FK8TD

Great review! Sounds like a whole lot of effort for mild gains but I guess it might be worth it for some. Personally I do run the Hybrid Racing Springs with the Acuity Stage 2 kit as well (installed both the same day) and have gotten used to the side to side stiffness, though I think that might...
