    I believe is just a conversion factor. 9.5/32 = 7.5mm. Since is made in France, it makes sense to be rounded in mm 9/32 = 7.1mm. Made in the USA using freedom units. Humble opinion

    Well, short runs are detrimental to engines...all I know is that for very short trips Honda recommends the HD cycle. Check your owners manual for more details.
